The Federal Council is an online mastermind group made of Government employees and contractors in a hybrid training/peer group environment. The council is where many voices act as one to share ideas and best practices. It is also a great place to share your successes and receive some much-needed applause from people who understand challenges in the government sector and what it took to reach your goals.

Membership Privileges

Our mastermind group meetings are on the fourth week of each month. These are the meetings you need to commit to attending. This is the opportunity to share your voice as part of a council and allow the council to offer free advice for leadership growth, workplace challenges, and to solve problems in real time.

PLUS: The training seminars are the second week of each month. These meetings are optional and includes a range of personal and professional topics.

PLUS: Participate in one monthly Quick Pick Topic that includes mini leadership lessons, including from John Maxwell and the Maxwell Leadership team.
